Kitchen is always the heart of the home. This is where most people stay in the house. Before you start your renovation, you might have to ask yourself like, how big do I want my kitchen be? Or how will I use the space. Of course you should plan smart.

  1. Most of the savings is in the planning
  2. If you want to change your old stove or sink, you can, but we are suggesting you to not move them to a different location as to where you might need to also move wires, fix the plumbing, drain lines, etc. which would really cost you. And if you don’t know anything about wires and drains, you need to hire a professional which is quiet expensive too.
  3. Plan your lighting ahead of time. Because you need to upgrade your lighting at the same time you’re doing the electrical. Because, if not, you might have to bring back the electrician which will only cost more.
  4. Bring a kitchen sink sketch with your sink, stove and window locations marked.
